There was a problem adding your product to cart.

I recently was able to purchase one of the RTX 3070 cards. Problem is, ever since then I cannot add ANY item to my cart on ANY device. I can only place orders via the BB app.Immediately when I click add to cart I get "There was a problem adding your product to cart".

 

I've gone through the steps outlined in this forum but they did not resolve the issue. Could a BB rep please help? Perhaps something can be cleared on your end???

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums. It's odd that you're only able to place orders through the app, and no where else! I would definitely want to know why I'm not able to add products to my cart, and we'd like to do what we can to help you out here.

Had replied to another post. The poster said an ad blocker was to blame. Can you check on this ?

Confirmed. Finally tracked it down to uBlock Origin ad blocker. Disabling it on bestbuy.com resolved the issue.

Same problem.  Cleared when I disable my VPN
