The refund was incorrect

On 11/23/17, I ordered a Huawei - Honor 6X phone along with a $40 Cricket card, and the activation kit. After receiving only the phone and $40 Cricket card on 12/4/17 (the activation kit was cancelled), I returned BOTH UNOPENED items to the BestBuy store on 12/10/17. The refund was only -$46.38 instead of $211.72 that was charged to my Bestbuy credit card. Danniel the cashier lady had called online customer service for me. The refund I received afterward was still short. I contacted Bestbuy.com and a very nice customer care had reviewed my order and give me a case number {removed per forum guidelines} so I can call if I don't receive additional refund.
On 12/20/17, I called around 4pm. Most of the customer cares I contacted before were nice and helpful except for the one that took my call today. He was rude and unfair. I truly appreciate if you would please look at the order {removed per forum guidelines} and solve my case {removed per forum guidelines}.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post! I know when I return something, I expect to get the refund I’m owed. I’m sorry to hear this may not be the case for you. Let’s see what’s going on.
