If my expect shipping time is April 28, would it ship early?

It is certainly possible, dates are fluid and adjust based on availability.  If an item arrives earlier than expected to our warehouse, it will be reflected on your order and you'll get an updated email notifying you that it has shipped early.

I had see a notification under my order- 'we are working on your order. At the point, we can't change or cancel ', Is this means my order may getting shipping?

It definitely means it's in the process of shipping, unfortunately doesn't relate to a specific step.

I ordered a macbook air.

Only charges my card when the item ships.

If the payment doesn't pass (I would just have to transfer some funds from savings to checking)

Do I have the chance to go on my account and prompt the system to try make the payment again?

Or will it cancel my order and therefore I would have to order again..

Wait times to ship are already crazy + the time to be delivered..
