The chat feature has not worked in over a month

Why am I not aboe to conatct anyone? The chat feature does not pop up, and the links I see in other threads on this forum take me to a blank page. I have tried different browsers, different devices. Even different internet connections.

Im not sure, I havent seen the chat feature in awhile, im not sure they are doing that anymore? If you use twitter you can send a message to bestbuysupport and maybe they will get back to you, or maybe post here.. though ive been waiting days for a response to my issue and havent heard anything so maybe they are backed up? Im not sure how they select who to reply to.
