For the past three says I have tried vigorously to let Best Buy agents know that my order has been declared lost by UPS. Customer service agents had make me wait for almost four days and today I finally found one that was able to finally submit a refund for my order and ended lying with a fake case number that after few hours called to verify and didn’t exist, the agent I spoke this afternoon submitted the refund request again and gave me a new case number which now I have doubts it is valid. What is going on with you Best Buy why you guys won’t refund or replace to your customers when the carrier has clearly stated that the package is lost ? Unbelievable!!!
