Terrible experience on bestbuy.com

I maded an order on 10/23/2021, the order got delayed, which is fine, we know ontrac is really bad. The funny part is even after I received the order, the order is still shown as Delayed on bestbuy.com, so I don't have a way to create a return label to ship it back. So I contact bestbuy customer serivce, they did give me a return label, then I shipped the item back, after the item had been received by bestbuy on 11/11/2021,  even for today, the order is still shown as Delayed, I got nothing about the return status update, no even auto emails (Amazon is really great in this sense). Now, comes to the worst part, I called bestbuy, told them my concerns, because I paid for almost one month but get nothing, not even a single update email, the order status is still showing as Delayed. it sounds to me that the bestbuy.com is a fake website. I asked to transfered to a supervisor if he cannot solve my problem. Then I got transfered to someone else, my ask is really simple, update the order status, give me updates about the order through email, which is the common sense as a customer, but you know what, the second customer representative hang up my call!!!

 

Then, I called again, the third customer representative, I kept his name, but don't want to expose the name here, told me that the order is shown as delivered in their system, now, I am confused, why it's still Delayed in my portal? I asked him to send me an email about the order status update, he refused. So I am suspecting they are cheating me, the bestbuy is not worth for trust, different people are telling different things, I spent one hour for calling here and there but my problem is still there, the order is still shown as Delayed, the UPS shows the item has been received by bestbuy, but I did not get anything update from bestbuy, it looks bestbuy is a cheating company, get my money and don't want to provide anything, even service.

 

Is this what should I expected from bestbuy? any idea? it looks like I cannot do anything except waiting, and for how long, I don't know. I will not make any business with BestBuy any longer for sure. Just want to know what else I can do to know whether my order is still alive for refund processing...

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums and letting us know about your order. It's certainly strange to hear that this package still appears to be in transit. I know if I were in your shoes I would want to figure out exactly what was going on. I'm glad to hear that the agent you spoke to was able to get you a shipping label and I'd be glad to provide some more details on how this process works.

 

Once a package has arrived at our return center, it generally takes seven to ten business days for this to be processed. Depending on the forum of payment used, it can take up to one billing cycle for these funds to be available in your account.
