Terrible chat support with 3 different agents. Still need my product. Website claims 1 day delivery.

Worst experience ever. Incompetent agents all around. I was only able to rate 1 of the 3 (gee, thanks). Continually tried to pawn me off to a different department via telephone support. Replied I didn't have phone access currently. Same response over and over. Agents sent me links with the item on it, and literally said they couldn't find it. This can't be real life. I ordered this laptop with the expectation of the 1-2 day delivery the website promises. The laptop HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED and no one will tell me why.
