Hello,
I ordered a gaming laptop, and it's order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. The thing is that I got the following message at the order page: "Our tax calculation system is temporarily down. Your current order total does not reflect sales tax or other applicable taxes. However, you will be charged tax for this order.". Is everything ok with my purchase? I am doing an international purchase to an US address, and I follower this tutorial of yours: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/international-orders/pcmcat204400050019.c?id=pcmcat20440005... . Should I be worried?
Thank you very much for your attention,
Luís {removed per forum guidelines}.

Hi there, Luis!
Welcome to the Best Buy Support Forums!
I understand you have some concerns regarding the status of an order that you recently placed with us. What you describe about the tax calculation system being down definitely sounds odd, so I'm glad that you brought this to our attention so that we can check out you order and see what's going on here!
I'd like to look into this for you, but will need some information to begin. If you will please send me a private message that includes the following, I’ll do my best to help:
