Hi,
I recently placed an order online and selected next day shipping {removed per forum guidelines} . However this order has never been shipped out while the website indicated that it should be delivered this Monday. I reached out to online chat support and ask if the order can be arranged to be picked up locally but they always say there is nothing they can do to change the status. Can anyone help me with this? I need to get the order by Thursday since this is a gift...
