I have been having trouble for 2 weeks now trying to purchase appliances at the best buy store. They have placed my order 7 times and every time with in minutes it is cancelled. I am using my best buy card and also have tried my Amazon card. The purchase goes through to these cards but Best buy itself says they can't verify and cancel my order. Funny thing is my credit card limit on my best buy card was increased during this whole nightmare. I have called customer service multiple times with only being trsnsferred to multiple departments with no sucess. I also have had escalation #s assigned to my case and no one has worked on them. I even spoke to a manager finally yesterday and she was rude and told me I just had to wait. This has been going on since Friday of Labor day. I am trying to buy $5,000 worth of applainces and getting very mad anf that is putting it nicely and ready to take my business else where. Funny thing is, Super sunday weekend of this year, I went in and spent $2,000 on new TV system with no problems. The people at the store have been wonderful but can't figure out why I can't purchase anything. Anyone have any thoughts? Ready to go to another store and buy my appliances.

In regards to your My Best Buy credit card being declined, have you had an opportunity to contact Citibank to discuss these cancellations further, and see if there are any holds on your account that prevent these orders from going through? If you haven’t done so yet, I recommend contacting them to discuss this matter further at 1-888-574-1301, to see what might be causing this issue.
