Stuck on reset password loop

My issue is that every time I try to log in, my password never sticks. It forces me to reset my password. However, my new password never sticks either. I am able to log in through Google Authentication though, however I am trying to unlink my Google account and trying to rely on it less to reduce my endpoints that uses Google Authentication.

 

I have tried looking it up through these forums and the recommendations do no work. I've tried new browsers, mobile, incognito, no ad blockers, no extension. none of the solutions work.

 

All the solutions on these forums end up with "PM me your info and I'll figure I'll help you further through private message".

 

Can someone help fix my account?

Thanks for reaching out about the password reset loop you're experiencing. I've been there myself, so I know how frustrating it can be. Moving forward, it sounds like you've done a lot of troubleshooting already, but I do have a couple more questions to make sure all the bases are covered. 

 

Are you manually entering your new password when this loop happens? If using a saved password, please try manually entering your password. Are the different browsers you have used all English based? As Best Buy only ships and delivers to U.S. addresses and territories, most other language version browsers are not supported. Are you using a hosting service? If so, try logging in on an open network.

Hi Kayla,

 

Yes Manually inputting passowrds. I've tried saved passwords too. New passwords. Really complex password phrases with spaces.

 

I am in the US with an English Keyboard so that's not an issue. I've used Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers. I do not use a hosting service. I have used my phone browsers on mobile network and also the app.

 

Everry time I try to log in, it sends me to verify my account and reset my password.  I'll send you a PM
