Store credit not put back on card

I received store credit for a canceled order that was lost originally paid with store credit gift card and PayPal. The credit was supposed to be put back onto the gift card that was used. I received multiple email confirmation that my credit was processed but nothing has gone back on my card or to my paypal. It was supposed to be immediate but it's been days. This has been a nightmare to deal with. I just want my money back.

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums! Having an order go missing is never welcome, but then to not receive the refund as expected is certainly not ideal.


Gift cards are typically refunded within within 24 hours of a refund being processed, but there's sometimes issues that can cause the refund to not go through. PayPal refunds are typically processed within one week but the timeframe can vary depending on the payment method used with them.
