I purchased an NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER graphics card on September 12th, and at the same day I received an email with the subject line: "We have received your order, but it is not ready yet!". Since then, the status of my purchase is "In Progress." In the Store Capture section of Order Details, my RTX 2070 SUPER video card has the status "Preparing for Pickup on Wednesday". It comes with two free games and its status is "Order Received". When I click "Order Status" in the site header, it says "Order received, ready for pickup on Wednesday, September 18th.".
Since this is the first time I made a purchase on BestBuy, I would like to know if everything is ok, and if I will be able to pickup the order on the given day. Because, the order amount has already been taken from my credit card.

This does sound like a confusing experience, and I can certainly understand your concern as to when you will receive this order. I would love to look into this order for you. Hi Allan, how are you? I already received an email with the status "Ready to pick up". My only concern was that the status took too long to update. But in the end everything worked out, so thanks for your time.
