Store Pickup Order with International Credit card cancelled

I've been trying to place an order for store pickup but it keeps getting cancelled. I've got in touch with my credit card company and it's all fine on their end, they claim the order is being cancelled by bestbuy due to wrong information. I get the same error even when I change cards.
Being an international customer I'm using "10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX, 77043" as my address per instructions on the bestbuy website so it's expected that it doesn't match my actual billing address.
What can I do to make this order go through?

I'm sorry to hear that your orders have been cancelling. I can understand how that would be frustrating. There are many reasons why an order may automatically cancel, such as being unable to verify the information submitted with the information on file with the bank, shipping to an undeliverable address such as a warehouse or freight forwarder, and going over a product quantity limit.
