I recently ordered an EVGA capture card. UPS said it was delivered, but the package wasn't there. I'm thinking it was stolen and have been trying to file a police report. With UPS, there was no way to file a claim and I was told to contact BestBuy. There was no option on my order page to contact regarding a lost package, so I'm kind of stumped on what to do. Any help from BestBuy report forums. I really don't want to end up losing money for a lost package that was supposed to be a gift for someone.
