I ordered 2 items from bestbuy online for delivery to my home as my local store was out of stock.
The i received email text that the items had been delivered, however there was no package there, upon looking further into it, that tracking update was that UPS had handed the items over to the post office for delivery.
When i got home from work, there were no packages waiting for me at my home even though the postal tracking number that i was given by UPS said they had in fact been delivered. I checked with my neighbors and even waited to see if perhaps there was a mix up and maybe the packages would come today. They did not.
I am not sure what to do at this point. It was suggested to me by UPS and the post office that i contact bestbuy to see if they can do anythign about it.
So here i am, can anyone point me in the right direction?

It could still be on its way. Have you checked around to see if a neighbor or tennant in a complex has it?
While product replacement is possible, Best Buy must work with you to see what can be done. This includes an investigation in which it must take place before replacement options are available.
They will get to your post when they are able, in the mean time see if you can call the 800 number to get it resolved.

Thanks for connecting with us on our forums! I know how important it is to make sure that your order arrives when you're expecting. I would never want an order to turn up lost!
hocketcanuckjc had some great points! Sometimes your package may be delivered to a main desk area instead of directly to you. We would encourage you to look around at all the places that an order may be left. If you're still not able to locate the order, please send us a Private Message so that we can take a closer look at this. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, email address, and phone number.
