Like other posts I've read, my package was left by UPS and my signature forged (I have video proof). I also have video proof of some jerk stealing it.
Best Buy's customer service says to contact UPS. UPS doesn't let me submit a claim online and their phone tree does not get me to a human.
Was I officially robbed with no recourse?
