Hello, I pre-ordered the new Powerbeats Pro Wireless on May 3 2019, to be shipped on May 17. For any reason they didn't deliver it that date. I received an email saying that they are delivering on May 21. Again, they sent an email with a new date, May 22, didn't received. Finally, they sent UPS on May 23, UPS delivered at 12:30pm leaving the package uncovered in the front door. An hour later I got in video somebody stealing the package. I made a report to the police and now I have a case # but I don't have the "hard to get and expensive earphones", I called Best Buy to see if I can get a refund or better to get the order again but obviously now the earphones are out of stock. I was at home every new date that they said the delivery, unfortunaly not the day it was stolen. I have now a case number from BestBuy, but I don't see any movement from Best Buy or any status of this case. Is there somebody from Best Buy that can help me to get a refund or better yet the earphones that I pre-ordered and waited since May 3??? thanks
