I purchased a TV on bestbuy.com on Dec. 19. I placed the order with the help of a representative because I was getting the TV price matched with a competitor. However, it has been over two weeks and I still have not received the refund on my credit card. The price match was supposed to knock $600 off Best Buy's listed price, so not an insignificant sum.
If someone could help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
