Still waiting for delivery

I purchased a new Television  April 30th and still have not received it. It was scheduled for delivery on May 4 and shows being in transit on May 5th with a sign in from Chula Vista, a 20-minute drive from where I live. Whenever I check it tells me to check back for a delivery time later. 7 days have elapsed since the TV arrived in a city just down the road from me and it still has not shown up at my door. I am a bit frustrated and would appreciate your help with this matter. The order # is{removed per forum guidelines}.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your TV purchase. I know when I shop online, I keep a close eye on my orders to ensure they're progressing as they should. I would be concerned as well if I saw an item stop in a city, but not continue on for so long. I'm glad you've reached out to see what may be going on with your order.
