I purchased a $25 Google Play digital email code on bestbuy.com. I purchased and paid for it with my Best Buy credit card on July 7, 2019 at 4:00 pm. I have yet to recieve my code and when I check my order status, it says it is my order is still being prepared. I thought i would recieve it within 4 hours after ordering, but it has been more than 24 hours and I still have not recieved it. Why have I not recieved my digital code?
My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! While having the code arrive is exciting, I know that waiting for it to appear in your inbox is less than ideal. That is not the shopping experience we intended when you decided to place this order with us, but I'm glad you came to us for help.
Can you use the "Private Message" option at the right-hand corner of my signature to provide your full name, phone number, and email? Once we have those details, we can take a deeper look at why your order is still showing as being prepared.
