Still awaiting refund after 5 months, just a little bit longer than BB 3 weeks policy....LOL

To make a very long story short, I bought a laptop computer at the end of may 2020 to be pick up by me at a CVS Pharmacy near St Augustine, Florida.  However, as the delivery was delayed I was unable to pick it up as I had to go away for a few days. As per BB policy I told to myself no problem, the money will be return to me automatically in a few days..... Boys was I wrong.


Since then, I got in touch with BB customer support via chat at least 5 times. After that I was transfered to the special refund department.  I talked to them at least 4-5 times all telling me to wait for a couple of weeks or the next billing cycle,,,,,


During the last 3 calls I talked to a supervisor in the refund department all telling me that they were upgrading my case and telling me, AGAIN, to wait a couple of weeks, One of those supervisor was very helpfull, she was really upset about the delay and was very surprised that customer service had not been able to help me.  While I stayed on the line, she made a few calls finding out that the laptop was not returned to the proper locations (wrong BB warehouse) and that the warehouse had sent sent the laptop to the wrong place again.  In the end, she told me to wait a couple of weeks while she send an email to the head office to fix the problems.  She was really helpfull but could not fix the problem.


Last week, I called the refund department again. I asked to talk to a supervisor, as the regular customer service agent cannot do anything in my case, and I was told that they were all busy but the they were going to call me back later during the day.  Guess what? No luck.....


I called again yesterday, same story........


I'm really getting desperate. What can I do or talk to who to fix the situation. 


It does not make any sense, After 5 month I'm still awaiting a refund (1600$) for an item that I never saw or touch.
