Hi, I recently purchased two $100 steam cards from Bestbuy.com. I received them this morning and when I tried to redeem them they both came back as invalid. I believe they may not have been activated.

Phone support took care of it. Apparently they arrived a day early than expected and the system wasn't going to activate them until the original expected delivery date. They activated them and all is well.
