I made an order prior to my locate store opening, the courier had LITERALLY all day to pick up and deliver the item in the same day period that was offered. 8PM I recieve at notification that the shipping is delayed and won't be delivered same day as offered and paid for.
As someone who is constantly traveling for work, I rely heavily on quick shipping.
If you can't follow through on you "same delivery" option, don't bother trying to compete with amazon and other companys who are doing it well. It is just making the company look bad to the consumer.
