Hello Customer Service,
I recently received in the mail my $99 gift card for an annual Spotify Premium membership, which I bought online from Bestbuy. Upon trying to activate the card, it seems the card cannot be redeemed for some reason. I suspect the card was not activated prior to shipping.
My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.
There are two bar codes on the back of the card. In the top right is {removed per forum guidelines}. At the bottom of the card is bar code number {removed per forum guidelines}. The pin under the scratched area is {removed per forum guidelines}.
Anything you can do to assist would be greatly appreciated.

Admittedly, I would be absolutely lost without my Spotify Premium subscription, so I can imagine you were eager to get this subscription activated. I can imagine you were pretty caught off guard when you found your card and found it didn't work as you expected. I suspect it may not have been activated on our end as well based on your experience, but won't be able to know for sure until I dig further into this. At the moment I think it's activated, why don't you use the free version but buy it with money.
