I ordered a Sonos Arc soundbar from BestBuy website. Tracking stated that it was delivered, but I never received it. I was at home that Saturday. I also checked with neighbors and they did not see anything either. Can you please help with a re-ship? If not, can you please process me a refund so I can buy it in BestBuy store? My family and I are loyal customers of BestBuy and I hope we can resolve this. Thank you.
