Someone at Best Buy PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!

SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT BEST BUY:

 

I am trying to set up credit card payments but am not able to access my account. 

 

I have been trying for over 1 week to get in touch with you. No one answers the phone on your customer support lines, or even if I call my local store. 

 

It's now past my first payment due date. 

 

I AM JUST TRYING TO PAY YOU! 

 

Please respond.

In that case, you wouldn't want to call Best Buy.  Neither Best Buy customer service nor your local store can set up payments with you.  

 

You'll want to reach out to the card issuer CitiBank at 1-888-574-1301 or configure it online at the Credit Card link on Best Buy.com which will take you to the Citibank retail card website.
