I chatted with an incompetent outsourced overseas mo for more than 15 minutes. Completely clueless.
Then I called and the clueless guy there barely spoke English. He transferred the call to another completely clueless person, overseas, and outsourced.
The search box revealed very little stock.
When companies do that they're hurting, and usually on the verge of collapse.
