I purchased a KitchenAid 30" Built-In Gas Cooktop (Model KCGS350ESS) on 11/14/22 (Order # {removed per forum guidelines}) for $1,099.99 + tax. Best Buy now has this on "Holiday Sale" for $ 999.99 + tax. I requested a Price Match by calling 1-888-BestBuy, but was told by your representative that "Holiday Sales" are excluded from Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee.
I pointed out that since I am within the return window on my original purchase, I could return this product and repurchasing at the Holiday Sale price. Her response was that I could. Alternatively, I could return this product to Best Buy and repurchase from another retailer under their Price Match policy.
I sincerely question Best Buy's policy in this regard. To impose such an onerous and (frankly) silly requirement seems very counterproductive to good customer relations, and the potential for future product sales. All to avoid a price match !

Hello,
Welcome to the Best Buy Forums! We appreciate you reaching out regarding a Price Match. I was able to review this and noticed the price dropped down prior to the Holiday Sale. I went ahead and processed that for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for that to process. MY apologies on the confusion regarding this and if there's anything else I can help with, feel free to send over a private message.
Kind regards,
