I have pre-ordered Digimon Survive for switch and it is still saying "A release date for your pre-order has not been announced. We'll let you know when it's ready." There has been one it is the 29th and when I ordered your site said "Pickup: Get it on Release Day". So why hasn't the site updated with my item?
