Hi, I ordered sever computer components last week. Two of them (about $500) shows delivered, but I received nothing. I lived in a luxury apartment, we have a front desk, ever package will be delivered there. But they do not receive mine. The receiver on ups tracking is ROB, but both my apartment and I is not that name. I need you to initiate a claim with ups since I am not the sender and cannot claim.

Thanks, I searched about this, UPS SurePost will send package to usps, I think the delivered means delivered to usps. I will wait for two days, I will contact you if I still not receive anything.
