So far, I've had a really bad experience with best buy's shipping. I ordered a computer on Jan 13 and it said it would be delivered by Jan 19. Come Jan 19th, I go to check the order and see that it's delayed. Now the expected delivery date will be around February 2nd, that's about 3 whole weeks from when I ordered it. I wish I checked the reviews before I bought this item. Best buy sucks when it comes to shipping and I DEFINITELY will not be using it again.
