I buy lot of stuffs online, but I never hear of Shipt company in my life before, not until yesterday, I ordered something from bestbuy couple days ago, and today I received a text message from Shipt company " Hi T, its Shipt HQ. your bestbuy order was safely delivered to your door. Please collect it as soon as possible."
Once I saw the text two minutes later, I rushed out to the door and nothing there, there is no package.
Lucky I have my cameras set up all around the conner, so I went inside and playback my cameras.
The Shipt delivery guy never came, I looked back around time on my cams back and forth, and yeah nothing.
So I texted the guy back but I dont get the response. I went online and did some research I want to know what is Shipt?
They are just some kind of local shipping company that Bestbuy hires them to delivery Bestbuy packages.
After I dig some research all I could see is lot of complains regarding packages say delivered but customers never got their packages stuff. So they just steal your stuff straight out from bestbuy.
Bestbuy should stop hires these thefts...

Shipt is just one of the partners Best Buy uses to get either same day or next day deliveries to your residence. Other retailers use them as well.
Works similar to Grubhub and Door Dash but not sure how the tipping of the driver goes in this situation unless Best Buy has a contract with Shipt that works out those details.

Hello,
Thanks for your replied, I contaced Bestbuy via chat, and they setup a new pickup for me.
I dont have issue with Bestbuy itself, from now on when I order something I think I should order and pickup in store instead use the shipping, unless I have no choice.
Bestbuy should stop using SHIPT services...

I refuse to take any of the Best Buy delivery orders they offer when I deliver for Shipt anymore. Shipt only pays the driver an average of $6-8 to do the delivery, the pickup process is clunky having to go to a seperate back door area where the store often takes forever to find the item so it can be scanned in as received. It's bad on both ends and on top of that there usually aren't any tips provided. Reports like this is what give so many Shipt drivers a bad name when it comes to Best Buy, but not all of us are like that. Many of us take pride in deliverign orders for all the customers we deal with.
