Dear Best Buy Forums support,
I need your assistance regarding an order that was sent by Shipt that failed and was returned to the store by the delivery service. The purchase was made with Best Buy gift cards, but the refund was sent to a giftcard that I never had, and do not possess. I have opened a case with telephone customer serice and I was promised a replacement Best Buy gift card would be emailed to me last week, but it never was. I can forward the case and order numbers for you in private message once you reach out. Thank you.
