I ordered an item yesterday, November 7 at approx 430 am EST and paid for same day delivery. The tracking info I received stated that a service called Shipt was delivering my order. The delivery was supposed to be no later than 9pm EST according to the tracking. As of the writing of this, I STILL HAVE NOT received my order. I tried contacting Shipt directly and get the run around. I first called at approximately 10pm 11/7 and they tried to reach out to the driver, TWICE, and couldnt get ahold of the driver. I called again this morning, approximately 10 mins ago, and again... still CANNOT get ahold of the driver. Very fishy, very unreliable. So I paid for an item and paid for same day delivery and I received neither. I have had numerous orders delivered from Best Buy and have NEVER had an issue with a single one, until now. And from other posts I see in these forums, I'm not the only one who's been having issues with ordered being "delivered" by Shipt.. and I use the term "delivered" loosely. BestBuy should strongly reconsider using another service for same day deliveries. Shipt cannot track their drivers and apparently have no luck reaching out to them either. So how can they be held accountable for failing to supply the order and service that we as customers PAY for. So now am I not only out the item, but Im also out the money I paid for it. I dont blame BestBuy for the unreliability and lack of customer service for Shipt, but I do blame them for their choice in delivery companies.

UPDATE: Lo and behold Shipt apparently got ahold of the driver.. least I'm assuming. The package just shows up without notice. So granted I received the item, but it took a few phone calls, wasting my time, to accomplish. But I DID NOT receive the same day service I paid for.
