I had chat crash twice, I called support who sent me back to the main menu after talking to them and not resolving my concerns.
My latpop order was picked up and returned from Shipt in 55 mins. I have heard they couldn't deliver which is wrong because we had someone waiting at the house for delivery. I have heard they couldn't deliver in the time idenified, which is not consitent with the fact that you picked the order up then returned it. If you couldn't dlivery it on time don't pick it up and contact me. I wasn't contacted with either of these cases and we are out the amout of the laptop until we get a refund in up to 10 business days, unacceptable.
At this point because customer support asked me to contact shipt directly which I can not, I am moving to my purchase elsewhere.
Can someone please explain how Shipt can return an item bascially immediately without trying to deliver?

That is the experience we want for our valued customers, although I understand that wasn’t the outcome here. The carrier should have made an effort to make you aware of their arrival before considering returning the package. I’m sorry to hear that may not have occurred.
