This cannot be the experience that Best Buy wants it's customers to have. The inconsistency and unethical practices of the SHIPT employees is just really unacceptable and I honestly blame myself. I have never had a good experience with Shipt, and I have no idea why I continuue to try it. But, the continuous issues and complaints, Best Buy should have a better cancellation policy in place when a SHIPT order is not processed as outlined to the customer. The customer should not be the one that is inconvenienced or out of luck when your shipping method doesn't work out. Don't offer a service if you can't partner with a provider that can fulfill the terms provided and then hand that horrible experience off to your customer. DO BETTER BEST BUY!
