I ordered a keyboard / mouse. Shipt texted my number and sent picture of package at the door, however the package was addressed to another person with another address and contained a gaming headset. How do I get my money back for the keyboard and what do I do with the headset? I have tried chat with bestbuy as well as calling shipt. Neither was able to comprehend what had happened. I assume the shipt person scanned my box, but then grabbed or dropped the wrong box.
