Everytime they ship with this stupid UPS srvice the steelbook arrives damaged and I have to go to the store to replace it it, because BEST BUY is to stupid and cheap to use a box for a collectable. If you don't stop send my stuff this way I will cancel all orders. I have complained about this now since they started this crap

We do our best to work with our shippers and internally to make sure our shipments arrive in as good condition as possible. The vast majority of the packages we ship out arrive in excellent condition. That said, I appreciate your feedback, and I apologize that this has not been your experience. We are always working to get better at what we do, and hearing from customers like you is a huge help.
As noted here, your best bet for getting an undamaged Steelbook may be heading into your local Best Buy to do an exchange, and it sounds like you've done that. You can also call in at (888) BESTBUY or (888) 237-8289 to see if we can help you out by mail.
