Shipping went from 9/9 to 9/23. Unacceptable.

I ordered something that was due to be shipped to me the next day. It was due today (9/9). Then, I got a notice that it was delayed and you have set the delivery date to 9/23. 14 days late!!??!! The item is literally being shipped from a location that is an hour away from me!! How does that take 14 days!! That's completely unacceptable. I can drive 45 min to the closest store and get it...but there isn't any option to change or cancel the order because it's already got a tracking number....despite the fact that it hasn't actually been sent yet to USPS! How do I cancel this since you arbitrarily changed my delivery date to a date that means i dont want it. If you're going to take 14 days to get something that is an hour's drive away shipped to me, cancel it!!
