Shipping to wrong address

I’ve contacted customer support four times this week regarding an incorrect address that was on my profile due to a phone number somebody used. I’m trying to get my package redirected to the correct address. Each time I call customer service I’m on the phone well over an hour. I was told package would be redirected but account still shows that it is being shipped to a completely different state. Last time I called I was on hold well over an hour just to be disconnected.

I was told that it would be redirected to the correct address but never saw an update on my account.
