I made an order on 8/20/2019 and receieved an update that "Shipment information sent to FedEx" on 8/21/2019 and to expect my delivery Thursday 8/22/2019. Thursday has pased and I have received no update on my order or its status. Contacted FedEx and was told they never received the package or it would have been updated on their system and a delivery attempt made on Thursday. I would like some assistance figuring out when I am going tor receive my product, where it is presently located, or if possible cancel this order. Thank you.
