Shipping progress has been stuck at initiated for 10 days

Placed order on January 30, 2019. A UPS tracking number is issued and at the UPS tracking site, it states a label was created, but UPS has not received the shipment.  It was to be delivered today February 5, 2019.

 

Please help me with this situation.
