Shipping issue

Hi. My order was suppose to be deliver yesterday but it wasn’t. I understand shipping delays but when I check status it has been in the same status since Friday. It says it’s in preshipment on its way to USPS. I’m assuming it got lost along the way. How do we fix this?

Welcome to our community.  I like to keep a close eye on every order I place and have even been known to sit in my living room, gazing out the window as I not-so-patiently awaiting my package.  I’m sorry to hear your order doesn’t seem to have progressed as expected, but I would be happy to take a closer look at this for you.
