I ordered a Xbox One controller on sale on the 19th of August and it was supposed to come in on the 20th of August, but I got a message saying it was delayed and saying if it couldn't arrive by the 18th of September, they would let me know and cancel the order. Could I get some help?

Welcome back to the forums. I'm sorry about that delay. I know how much I look forward to a new controller when I buy one. It's such an improvement over using an older one.
