Shipping delay

I ordered a roku in November 2018. I did not arrive... I called customer service after Christmas when I found it missing. The customer service rep took the information and said that it would be reordered. I received the notification that it was reordered but there was a delay in shipping.. I an unable to track when this will be shipped. I am unable to contact a customer service rep... except on the phone of which I can not understand of which the item was already ordered. Please give me an idea why the shipping delay and when it will be shipped .

The message said on the delay if the item was not shipped by January 26 it would be cancelled...how am I to get a refund or the item...very frustrated
