Shipping charges not refunded

Hi,

Ref: Same Day Delivery - {removed per forum guidelines} Best Buy Order {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Dear Sir,

Please refer to your email of 11/23/2020 included below in this email chain where you mentioned " Since we are unable to fulfill same day delivery, we have now moved the delivery date on the 27th of November 2020. You may see a $32.75 shipping charge. Since we're unable to override shipping cost, it will still be refunded. As soon as it's shipped, kindly reply to this email trail so we could process refund right away. ".
 
Instead of $32.75, Best Buy charged $35.45 as shown below.
 
I have not yet received any credit towards the shipping charges you debited my credit card for free shipping order.
 
Please let me know when you will be crediting back the incorrectly charged shipping fee.
