Shipping / change

I ordered a computer online Friday and not thinking I chose to have it shipped. It said it would get delivered today. I chatted with online support yesterday in an effort to change this to in store pickup as there is a store 35 mins away that has it.
One rep said it could be changed and transferred me to another rep who then said it can't be.

I now have an email that says it is delayed and MIGHT be delivered by the 19th...
The email says I can change it now but I still can't change it myself.

No stores are open today so I can't call. I thought I might try here to attempt to get some help
