Earlier this week I placed an order online and paid $18 to have it delivered this Friday. UPS is telling me it will not be delivered until sometime next week. I had multiple cheaper options (to include a free one) to have the item arrive next week. I would like to receive a refund for the shipping charge, since I am now receiving the level of service that I could have had for free.

We appreciate that you chose Best Buy for you order, along with choosing expedited shipping for your package. I can certainly understand wanting to see about a refund of the shipping cost, if the package did not arrive in time.
