Store pick up item has been delayed - no communication

I ordered a netgear xr500 ac2600 router online and it was supposed to arrive 5 days ago but the status has been stuck on “your item has been delayed. We’re working on getting it to you... etc.” I can’t track my order, when I call customer support I wait for 30 minutes and no one picks up, and when I went to the store the employee seemed to know less than me. Is there any way to get at least a new ETA? Or to know if it’s coming at all? I got an email saying that if it doesn’t come within another week the order will be cancelled. I need this for work and it’s extremely frustrating. I understand with covid orders are probably backed up but the absolute zero communication and information is extremely disappointing

Track my package please

The status of my order become "Shippend Feb 28".

 

But I can track my packacge.

 

And there is a msg like below.

"We’re waiting for Best Buy to provide your tracking information, but it should be available soon."

 

Could you track my package please?

HORRIBLE!!

i placed an ordered in bestbuy store. it went from..
item available..
thank you for payment
expecting item wednesday (3/4/2021)
nothing happened
delayed
bestbuy line keeps hanging uo
not they dont know what’s going on...

Crazy Run Around

On Tuesday 3/2, I ordered myself and my wife pairs of airpods for a small trip this weekend. Both of the items said they would be at my house the next day Wednesday 3/3. I chose best buy because of this so we would have them for our trip. The package did not come Wednesday and that evening I recived notification that it had been delayed and I would be contacted with tracking information when available. I logged onto my account to see if I could take any actions but they were all unavailable to select.  On Thursday I decided to call and see if there was any action I could take or information I could gather. They told me that they could not cancel the order over the phone, but I could go to a local store and have them cancel the order and get refunded then buy the airpods again. This sounded great and I would get my airpods before the trip. I get to the store and unfortunately was told that there was no way to cancel the order and my only course of action was to buy the products again and wait for my package to arrive. I could then return those items to the store once arrived to get a refund. This just feels like terrible customer service.. If I paid for these items and they havent sent I should be able to cancel my order so I could repurchase the items as they are available at my local store. Give me some options best buy because they said at the store that my product wasnt shipping untill 3/17. I feel like I am just a victim to a major process break. Help Me out!

I ordered 2 items and 1 I went to pick it up at the USPS office. I tracked the package and it said, it was left in a USPS office in Peshastin, WA but when I went there, I was told to pick it up in USPS Leavenworth, WA. So, I went there and picked up the Microsoft wireless comfort desktop 5050 curved keyboard and mouse. It wasn't inside a box from Best Buy, it was in a microsoft box that you would see inside the store. I asked if there was another package left for me and the man said there's none. I tracked the package for the Insignia - 6qt multi-function pressure cooker - stainless steel and it says that it got delivered but the building that I was about to move in was not open at that time and everybody would know that by the debris lying about if there were because they opened the building jan. 15. I got busy with moving in and with everything else I need to do that I followed up with UPS and sent in a complaint. I couldn't find a telephone number I can call your customer service. 

Tonight, I found time to follow up and would really want to get that pressure cooker you had on sale at the time. I do not want a refund. Just please send another Insignia 6 qt multi-function pressure cooker.

Let's look at this here - Did you go to an actual store to place the item and did a Blue Shirt handle your ordering process? Or did you order for in store pickup?

 

If you ordered for in store pickup there may be a technical issue with the order fulfillment. They may have had it in the store for you to pickup but then it got sold to another customer. This happens sometimes. If the order is delayed this may mean the local store found it in another store or is finding another way to fulfill your item.

 

This will lead to delays in the order.

 

FYI  3/4/21 is Thursday not Wednesday Smiley Happy

 

I am sure a Best Buy mod will be able to help you. So make sure you sign up for email notifications on your post if you already did not.

i went into the store. i had ask if i could make the purchasew here and have it sent to my work address. i showed them 2 models and they said 1 is sold out while the other was still available. i placed the ordered and she said i should recieve it wednesday the 3rd. (my bad about wrong date on first post) wednesday came and nothing happened. i checked bb app and it didn’t say out for delivery or shipped. i called bb and they said that it was on the way. again on thursday. nothing happened. i checked the app once more and now it said delayed. i called bb and one girl said “i see that your item is on back ordered” i ask her what does that mean. she said “i dont really know, it just say it’s on back ordered” i ask to apeak to someone more knowledgeable. the phone hung up. i tried calling back and the line keeps cutting off after i pick an option in the automated line. today is friday morning and i checked bb app. it’s still delayed. i want to cancel my order today and just buy this elsewhere. why they say it have it in stock and now saying it’s not available with no answer??

Complaint - terrible experience buying iphone that never shipped and getting replacement

Purchased verizon iphone on March 2nd, 2021. Estimated arrival March 4th, 2021

By the end of March 4th, 2021 UPS tracking says they are still waiting to pick up the package from Best Buy. 

 

March 5th, 2021 - no change. I contact best buy via online chat and they say the item has been lost and I can have it re-shipped. I agree for it to be re shipped. A few minutes later I get an email saying it should arrive by March 26th. That's three weeks away. THREE WEEKS. I immediately contact best buy again via online chat to either cancel the order or change it to in-store pickup since I see a bunch available locally. The online rep says he cannot do that and to call a phone number. I call the phone number and the representative says they're unable to cancel the order or change to in store pickup. This is all within 45 minutes from first contact via online chat to last phone call. 

 

My complaints:

-The package was never given to UPS by Best Buy and it wasn't noticed until I contacted Best Buy

-The replacement was shipped using "standard shipping". Not only is the replacement going to obviously be later than the initial delivery date, it's now being shipped via a much slower tier, adding insult to injury. 

-Locked out of cancelling or changing delivery options until knowledge of shipping estimate. I didn't even know I wanted to change the delivery option until it was already too late. 

 

This is ridiculous. I am a best buy elite status because of how often I buy from them and this is how they punish customers for Best Buy's screwups. I chose to get the iphone from Best Buy because I have upgraded phones from them during the pandemic before and it was an easy process. This experience clearly tells me I should never buy phones or high value items from BestBuy.com ever again.

Order Loaded onto truck for delivery for 2+ days already....

Order has been sitting at "Loaded onto truck for delivery" in my city for 2+ days.

 

This is going nowhere, no option to get a refund/replacement, nothing... it's not that big of a city.

OnTrac Delivery Issues

I ordered a headset a few days ago on 3/3 and I was offered two day shipping. I prefer to pick up in store, but since the pick up date would be 3/7, two day shipping seemed like a better offer since I knew I would be home all day. I was home literally ALL day, and I have a Ring doorbell, so I know when packages are brought to my door. Anyways, OnTrac said they delivered my package to my front door at 4pm. It was never delivered. Then, Best Buy updated my order status to delivered, which is FALSE. I contacted customer support and was told that since it says delivered, there’s nothing they could do. Then, I was told that it should arrive by Tuesday. The headset I ordered came with a gift that is coming on Tuesday (for store pick up), which is what I’m sure the representative was talking about. I’m furious because I never get items shipped to my home, and as this being my first time experience, it was a terrible one. I just want my headset.
